Ajay is a proud Edmontonian. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he obtained his BSc from the University of Alberta and co-founded a medical tech startup aimed at reducing the fentanyl crisis. Ajay then obtained his Juris Doctor from the top-ranked Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia (UBC).
Ajay previously worked at a large regional firm in Vancouver where he gained experience in various areas of law including civil litigation, business law, family law, wills and estates and real estate law.
Ajay is passionate about helping individuals, families and businesses with their legal needs and giving back to the Edmonton community that raised him.
Gloria Ukwu is a confident and determined lawyer. Gloria holds a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB) from Abia State University, Nigeria and a Masters of Law Degree (LLM) with commendation from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, United Kingdom.
In 2008 she was called to the Nigerian Bar and received her Barrister at Law degree from the Nigerian Law School and she was called to the Alberta Bar in 2020.. Since then she has had the opportunity to work in reputable law firms and learn from mentors, academics and established lawyers in various areas of law.
Gloria cites her time at the Apex Legal Research Institute in Nigeria and her role as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in Nigeria as a pivotal opportunity in her career. She was able to advance her research abilities and enhance her legal training specific to areas of law. These skills and abilities she has eagerly brought to her work with clients since immigrating to Canada. Gloria obtained her Certificate of Equivalency and began practicing in areas she is passionate about Immigration, Family Law and Real Estate.
Gloria is excited to better serve Edmonton and surrounding area through her legal work and passionate endeavours.
